Blue Ocean provides integrated solutions – from designing and drawing up to the
final production of the moulds.
We manufacture moulds for the products made of the following materials: PP, PS,
ABS, PC, PE, PVC, PMMA, POM, PA and variety of thermoplastics.
Different types of moulds can be produced: cold runners, hot runners, moulds for
polymer pipeline systems, moulds for automobile industry and medical industry,
light and heavy industries, high-tech industry, etc.
Our high precision CNC, CAE/CAD equipment and skilled engineers can guarantee the best result.

We produce high performance polyolefin pipe
extrusion heads and PVC pipe extrusion heads.
Use of latest German technologies and combining
with vast production capacities of Blue Ocean IIG
allows producing extrusion tools of different level of
difficulty. Depending on the material’s type different structure die heads can be produced: basket type or spiral type. Also, thanks to high speed vacuum calibration, high production rate and maximum available quality can be guaranteed.

Profile tooling
Blue Ocean pays special attention to all components of profile extrusion tooling. We produce high quality dies, calibrators and water/vacuum tanks and specialize in tooling for plastic door and window profiles, wooden plastic profiles, plastic ceiling profiles, foam profiles, co-extrusion profiles and technical profiles.
